USE YOUR NEST EGG TO INVEST IN REAL ESTATE

Lately, I have been assisting clients use their IRA savings to purchase some excellent buys and take
advantage of the Buyer's market for  Bellingham Real Estate.  Painful losses and continued frustration with the stock market have investors looking beyond conventional stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.  
 
What can you buy?   Single family homes, REPO's, raw land, and commercial buildings. 
Actually, you can buy even a business!  
 
My advice?   Do some homework and remember the rules are somewhat complex, but don't be discouraged.  Anytime you have a question, send me an email or call and I can help or point you in the right direction.  There are many success stories.
